The best messaged app of our time bbm well done love it & I will always do nice job done wit the new update

Its functional, but slow and the layout is weird. I really dont enjoy using it.

Still works well for IMs but now has lots of in/app purchase notifications and I seem to be getting a lot of invites to chat from obvious overseas spammers/scammers

Like the app a lot. No issues except the advertising is sometimes excessive, but that doesnt take away from the quality of the app.

What could be a great extension of Blackberrys best feature is spoiled by having to check daily to see if it needs to be logged back in.

Thats all.

Love the app, but still hate, hate, hate the adverts, Hate even more the thought of a monthly subcription. A one time buy, maybe...

I love BBM. It is easy to use and a lot of my friends use it. So intuitive

Reliable and very efficient with the music updates

Update: nagged for another review. Still receiving spam contact requests every day. Still being shown fake "notifications" in-app that are actually ads. Update: was again nagged for a review, so here you go. The app now fails to deliver messages for up to 24 hours. Doesnt have any trouble delivering its spam push notifications for in-app purchases though. Update: leaving another review because the app asked me to. The app now automatically subscribes you to a channel called "BBM broadcasts" that sends spam push notifications for in-app purchases. Update: This app is still a flaming dumpster fire. I get spam requests from contacts and groups in other continents every day. Still cant send videos. Still cant use Dropbox. Still receiving "invites" that are advertisements. Still getting a nag to leave a review on every update, which Im happy to do. Update: BBM now sends even more spam "invites" that are advertisements in disguise. The latest update also broke its Dropbox integration, breaking the only way to send videos with this app. Update: This is another update that deletes all chat history. Update: Latest update deletes all chat history and requires you to reset your password. Update: BBM now spams you with "bulletins" about stickers and other junk. Blackberry spams you with "invites" that appear to be contact requests, but are actually ads for free to play games and dating apps. The platform is full of spammers who hit you up constantly with fake contact requests. If you have the app open when you receive a message, the app will not notify you, and you may miss the message. You cannot send videos with this app.

What is the deal with all these stickers? I dont need an alert to tell me that there are new stickers that no one is going to buy. This app has potential but you guys are trying to be everything and doing nothing really well. Please simply for the sake of what the company used to be. Dont be desperate, you are better then that!

I love the app

I recently switched from a Q10 to an iPhone but kept the BBM app but now Im ready to delete it since I have to contend with advertisements on my BBM. It has terrible connectivity as well. Not a fan.

It seems every time I open this app there is a new red flag that has to be addressed and pretty much 100% of the time its some random game invite or just a useless distraction. I only have 2 friends left that use this app. Im letting them know not to contact me through this app anymore. And will delete it after that. No need for BBM anymore, especially now that it has the above mentioned annoyances.

Why use BBM? Whatsapp, imessage, etc are better. Lots of little things that makes Whatsapp way better.

When I first migrated to iPhone about a year ago (from BB), it was the 1st app I installed and still use it daily but that will likely change if they keep up the annoying daily marketing feeds from various 3rd party apps. If I want the damn things Ill go and get them but stop trying to force them to me !! I quickly learned there was life after BB, Ill survive just fine without BBM as well...

I trust Blackberry & this app! The voice quality is much better than any other apps I used.
